Please be sure to include a copy of your original receipt, and indicate how you would like your return to be processed: either an online store credit or credit card refund. Please note that NU EVOLUTION eGift Certificates cannot be returned, and any unused amount on a NU EVOLUTION eGift Certificate may not be redeemed for cash.
SHIPPING RETURN INFORMATION
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post with tracking information capability. We will process your return immediately after we receive it and send you a confirmation email. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to post to your credit card, depending on the credit card provider.
