Our last photo shoot was with a model named Claudia Liberova. As you can see, she is nothing short of stunning. In order to be successful in this industry, Models have to live a certain lifestyle to keep their physique and skin looking its best. That lifestyle varies by model, but we thought we would share Claudia's day to day...
1. What is your daily routine?
Honestly, every day differs. I wake up, I’m always hungry in the morning, so I never skip breakfast. Then I work out, study a little bit, and see some friends. To me, it’s really important to make sure you nurture all the different elements of yourself: spiritual, intellectual, physical, and emotional.
2. What kind of workouts do you do?
I always switch it up. I grew up playing field hockey in Amsterdam for 8 years but when I started modeling I got more into yoga and pilates, though I still really love the team vibes and doing things together. Right now I do a lot of acrobatic yoga which you do in partners, it’s really fun!
3. What is your favorite look from today’s shoot and why?
They’re all three so different and they’re all beautiful in their own ways. I felt like a queen in every look and I can’t wait until the campaign launches!
4. What do you do in your free time?
As a model everything is kind of work, even every workout and everything you eat is work because modeling is about taking care of yourself and your body. I always am very conscious of what I put in or on my body. If I’m not doing a shoot or castings I either work out or study lectures on the science of happiness.
5. What’s your favorite makeup tip?
My go-to is mascara and lipstick: keep it simple. If you want to go crazy with a smokey eye, that’s totally cool but for me just adding lashes and a little lip color makes me feel amazing!
